"Napoleon en Égypte" was created by combining an untitled spiral plate from 2008, with a second plate with horizontal lines. The untitled spiral plate was issued separately and can be seen in Related Works in the Catalogue below. The plate with horizontal lines is only seen in this composition. No separate impressions of that plate are known.

Curatorial Remarks:

The plate size and paper type could not be documented because this work is not in MoMA's Collection and could not be examined in person.
