In this edition, Bourgeois and the publisher designated each impression as a "study." However, throughout the catalogue, the term "study" describes photocopies and tracings that were used in the process of developing a composition. - Curatorial Remarks:
- Eighteen of the edition of 19 impressions are illustrated to demonstrate the varying hand additions. No image of 2/19 was available as of 2017 cataloguing.
"Eyes" (2005) in Related Works in Other Mediums is a stencil drawing that looks very similar to this print. There are four "Eyes" stencil drawings with varying hand additions, not to be confused with this print.
