A divorced father takes his 11-year-old daughter on a vacation in a pleasant but rather unremarkable resort in Turkey. It is exactly because of the subdued and uneventful nature of the trip that we get to savor the deep bond they share through the tiniest gestures, touches, and conversations. As the tween discovers the world of grownups, the young father keeps his own trials and tribulations in check. Actors Paul Mescal and Frankie Corio make a convincing and moving duo.
