Join us at The Museum of Modern Art on Tuesday, December 14, at 7:00 p.m. ET for the 2021 MoMA Film Benefit, as we honor Academy Award–winning actress Penélope Cruz.
Now in its 14th year, the MoMA Film Benefit raises money for the acquisition and preservation of key film works, and provides funding to support the Museum’s groundbreaking film exhibitions. In celebration of this cause, the evening honors an individual for their significant impact on the film industry.
Penélope Cruz’s range of character portrayals in English and Spanish has received critical praise throughout her career, and we’re thrilled to feature her highly anticipated project Parallel Mothers. The evening, presented together with CHANEL, will be returning to its original format with a red carpet, cocktails, a seated dinner, and an award program highlighting Penélope Cruz’s incredible work.
All proceeds from the evening benefit the Black Family Film Center of The Museum of Modern Art’s Department of Film.
All guests will be required to present the following to attend:
- Proof that they have received at least two (2) doses of the COVID-19 vaccine (with final dose administered at least 14 days prior to the event)
- Government-issued photo-ID
- Negative PCR or Antigen COVID-19 test result (within 48 hours of the event)
