Discover your favorite artists and find inspiration as a family. Join other tweens and young teens with their parents or guardians on a guided tour through our galleries led by a MoMA educator. Explore new and iconic works of art together through discussion and activities like drawing, collage, writing, and more. This month the theme is Art and the City.

This session is for families with kids ages 11 through 14. Kids and adults participate.

Online registration is encouraged as space is limited. Registration for this event will open on September 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

This program is included with Museum admission (free for kids 16 and under). MoMA members, SNAP/EBT, and Cool Culture pass holders receive free admission. For a full list of discounted admission, visit this page.

Participants sit on the floor in front of artworks during this program. Folding stools without backs are available for seating upon request.

Assisted listening capabilities available

American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is available for public programs upon request with two weeks’ advance notice.
