Join us for a special celebration of the exhibition Marcel Duchamp. Artist Party at MoMA bring artists and audiences together for unforgettable evenings of pop-up performances, hands-on art-making, and vibrant social exchange, with artists serving as guides throughout the experience. For this Artist Party, Marcel Duchamp’s constant reinventions, breadth of creative expression, and ability to refigure form and function while fashioning new cultural norms will serve as inspiration.
Activations throughout the Museum will feature Machine Dazzle as MC, choreographer Brian Golden, art-making with Carrie Sijia Wang, and a DJ set by DONIS.
At 8:15 p.m., there will be special Marcel Duchamp and Rrose Sélavy lookalike contests in the lobby.
Pop-up bars will be open throughout the lobby.
Advance tickets are required. A limited number of free tickets will be reserved for MoMA members.
Please note the following costume guidelines
- No masks, hats, or face paint that conceal the face or alter a person’s recognizable likeness
