Join us for an evening celebrating Halloween and Pop art! Get creative with Pop art-inspired art-making activities, enjoy a special pumpkin carving demonstration, dance to a DJ set, show off your costume to your fellow members, and treat yourself to a drink at our pop-up bar. Plus, get exclusive access to our fourth- and fifth-floor collection galleries and join pop-up gallery talks on the fourth floor.
Come in costume inspired by Pop art works in our collection—or by whatever Pop art means to you!
Please register in advance by selecting your preferred entry time and observing the following guest policies:
- Members at the Access category may purchase guest passes online or onsite.
- Members at the Explore category may bring one complimentary guest without an additional reservation. Additional guest passes can be purchased online or onsite.
- Members at the Supporting category may bring up to four complimentary guests without an additional reservation. Additional guest passes can be purchased online or onsite.
Member Evening at MoMA is an inclusive and safe celebration for all. All visitors must adhere to the visitor guidelines and policies.
In addition, please note the following costume guidelines as you are planning for this special event:
- No masks, hats, or face paint that conceal the face or alter a person’s recognizable likeness
- No costumes that are offensive, derogatory, or that perpetuate violence of any kind, including fake weapons or any “dual-use” items that could be considered dangerous to people or art, such as hammers, saws, sharp objects, poles, and sticks
- No fresh flowers may be brought into the Museum
- Costumes may not extend past 12" wide beyond the body on any side or 12" above the head

The Museum will refuse or revoke admission to individuals who violate its policies. For everyone’s safety, please follow the instructions of our staff during your visit.
Accessibility
FM assistive-listening devices (headsets and neck loops for T-coil compatibility) are available for sound amplification.
American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is available for public programs upon request with two weeks’ advance notice.
