Can a recipe nourish more than just your body? What forms can a recipe take? Can it be a photograph or maybe a plant pressing?
In this hands-on well-being workshop, explore what recipes mean to you by bringing in a recipe to exchange with your fellow members. Participants will spend time sharing their recipes with one another before creating a collective book with embellishments inspired by artists who combine everyday objects into art. This program will take inspiration from Gallery 408: The Art of Assemblage and will consider how we engage in the art of collecting and creating instructions for someone else.
Looking for more opportunities to nurture your well-being this summer? As a member, you get access to our new course, Artful Practices for Well-Being, on Coursera. Let art serve as inspiration for ideas, practices, and activities that you can carry into your daily life.
